- 400g Sprouts
- 200g bacon lardons
- A teaspoon of Lazy Garlic
- Salt & Pepper
Chop your sprouts in half and remove the outer leaves before parboiling for 8 minutes.
Drain before mixing in your bacon lardons and lazy garlic
Place in your air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 200 degrees – give them a toss halfway through
Once cooked, season to your liking and enjoy.
