Breakfast on the go? We’ve got you covered with this delicious cocoa, banana & oat breakfast muffin recipe that only takes 15 minutes in the air fryer!

- Makes: 6-8 muffins
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup of milk of your choice (we used oat milk!)
Blend all of the ingredients together. We used our Cooks Professional Multi Functional Stand Mixer to make sure everything was well combined.
Spoon the mixture into silicone muffin moulds.
Cook at 175 degrees for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
