Make air fryer butternut squash & parmesan cheese bites with us. Bursting with flavour and unbelievably easy to make!

Ingredients
- 1 large butternut squash
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Method
STEP 1
Peel, deseed and chop your butternut squash into 2cm chunks. Add a splash of olive oil, salt and pepper and mix.
STEP 2
Coat in 50g of parmesan cheese and cook in your air fryer for 12 minutes at 200 degrees, tossing halfway through.
STEP 3
When cooked, sprinkle some more parmesan on and enjoy!
