Want crispy and delicious roasted potatoes? We made these parmesan-topped chilli oil-infused roast potatoes in under 30 minutes in our Cook’s Professional Air Fryer.

- 3 potatoes
- 1 tbsp chilli-infused olive oil
- Handful of grated parmesan cheese
- Pinch of salt
Peel and thinly slice your potatoes, and place them into a bowl.
Add a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of chilli-infused olive oil to the potato slices. Make sure the potatoes are well coated by mixing them with your hands or a spoon.
Place in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
After 15 minutes, open the air fryer and top the potatoes with a handful of grated parmesan cheese. Place into the air fryer for 5 minutes at 190 degrees. Enjoy!
