To offer our customers the best possible service we have partnered with Royal Mail and Parcel Force to offer Free Standard Delivery. The weight and dimensions of your order will determine whether your order is shipped via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Orders sent via our standard delivery service should usually arrive within 3-5 working days of your order being placed.
Next Day Delivery by Royal Mail or Parcel Force – UK Mainland: £3.95
You can upgrade to Next Day Delivery at checkout for just £3.95. The weight and dimensions of your order will determine whether your order is shipped via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Both services deliver next working day so if placed on Friday your order will arrive on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will arrive Tuesday.
Please note that for next day delivery your order must fit the following criteria:
- The order is placed by 1pm
- Delivery is to a UK mainland address
- All items are in-stock and available
We do not currently deliver to international locations.
Highlands and Islands
Please allow 5-7 days for delivery if you live in remote locations such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands: £6.95
Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man: £10.95
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Cooks Professional, which is why we stand by our 30-day returns guarantee for all products.
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return the goods to us in mint, resaleable condition, within 30 days of receipt.
Please email [email protected] for a RMA number and the returns address.
We recommend using the Royal Mail Postal Service, at your own cost.
Please ensure a completed returns form or covering letter stating the reason for the return and the action you would like us to take. This must include your full name, address including postcode and your sales order number.
Once the parcel is received back into our warehouse, we will process an exchange or we will issue a refund within 3-5 working days. We don’t refund the original post and packaging charge (unless the item arrives damaged/faulty) but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don’t pay any postage for the replacement.
If using Royal Mail, remember to take out additional insurance if the contents of your items exceed £36. We do not offer a free returns service.
