This Cooks Professional stand mixer has a tilting head for easy removal of the bowl. Simply choose the perfect tool for your recipe, add the ingredients to the bowl as per your instructions, and use the variable speed settings 1-10 which range from slow stirring for combining, up to fast speeds for whipping or mixing egg whites, or select the pulse function to achieve the perfect mix or to mince meat. There is also a handy countdown timer that can be set from 1-15 minutes, it can be paused at any time by turning the speed control button to 0 and will automatically resume when the mixer is started back up. Once the timer reaches zero the mixer will automatically stop. The mixer is supplied with a flat beater for normal to heavy mixtures such as cakes, biscuits and pastry, a whisk for egg whites and other mixtures that need aerating, and a dough hook for bread mixtures. The stand mixer is also supplied with a handy splash guard with an opening to add ingredients as well as an easy-to-read digital display.
The mixer also features a handy mincer attachment with three different plates that can be used to break down pork, lamb and beef to create a variety of tasty meat dishes.
