In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return the goods to us in mint, resaleable condition, within 30 days of receipt.
The easiest way to do this is via the Royal Mail Postal Service, at your own cost.
Please ensure a completed returns form or covering letter stating the reason for the return and the action you would like us to take. This must include your full name, address including postcode and your customer account number/sales order number.
Once the parcel is received back into our warehouse, we will process an exchange or we will issue an immediate refund. We don't refund the original post and packaging charge (unless the item arrives damaged/faulty) but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don't pay any postage for the replacement.
If using Royal Mail, remember to take out additional insurance if the contents of your items exceed £36. We do not offer a free returns service.
