We take every care to ensure that you receive the correct goods in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you ever need to return any item to us and it is within our 30-day warranty period then please call 0871 911 7029 (calls cost 13p per minute plus your phone company's access charge.) for a returns authorisation number. Our customer service team will then provide you with our returns address. We regret we cannot accept parcels without the returns authorisation number we will provide you with quoted on the outside of the parcel.
All goods must be returned via recorded, insured method at your own cost. We cannot be held responsible for returns parcels lost in transit. It is the senders responsibility to ensure parcels are adequately insured. If the goods exceed £27 in value we strongly suggest that take out additional insurance.
If not happy for any reason we will accept return of faulty/unused goods in sealed original packaging for refund or replacement within 30 days. You must obtain a returns authorisation number by following the procedures above. This does not affect your statuary rights.
In order that we can satisfy your requirements promptly we will need your full instructions, explaining the reason for the return and the action you wish us to take.
If exchanging for a more expensive item, please remember to include the additional payment.

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm we have received your order.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health.

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) in your bin.
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items.
In the UK, distributors including retailers must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. As a responsible retailer, we have met the requirements placed on us by financially supporting the national network of WEEE recycling centres established by local authorities. This is achieved through membership of the national Distributor Take-back scheme (DTS).

Under the Waste Battery Regulations, Cooks Professional are now offering a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. You can return your waste batteries to our business premises in person (please do not post). Alternatively, you can find your local waste portable battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.co.uk. Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points. End-users may find stores in their local area more accessible.
