What you’ll need:
Frozen tropical fruit (we used a mix of mango, papaya and pineapple)
40g oats
2 teaspoons of ground almond
1 tablespoon yoghurt
75-100ml
Method
Blitz together all of the above in your blender. You can use more/less milk depending on how thick you’d like your smoothie.
