There is window of around 15 minutes immediately after placing your order when our Customer Care team may be able to help, so call 0330 223 6150 (available between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays) immediately with your order number or contact us via Live Chat.

Once an order has been processed and sent to our warehouse your shipping address cannot be amended.

FREE Next Day Delivery by Amazon Shipping or DPD – UK Mainland

To offer our customers the best possible service we have partnered with Amazon Shipping and DPD to offer Free Next Day Delivery for orders over £30. For orders under £30 Next Day Delivery is charged at just £3.50.

Please note the following criteria for order cut of times for the Next Day Delivery service.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm will be delivered Next Day.

Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday and before 9.59am on a Saturday will be delivered Monday.

Orders placed after 10am on Saturday and before 3pm on a Monday will be delivered Tuesday.

Please note that bank holidays are not working days.

For Next Day Delivery your order must fit the following criteria:

• All items are in-stock and available
• Delivery is to a UK mainland address

International Delivery

Republic of Ireland – Delivery is with ‘An Post’ please allow 2-4 days for delivery: £5.99

We do not currently deliver to other international locations.

Highlands and Islands

Delivery will be with either Amazon Shipping or DPD. Please allow 2-4 days for delivery if you live in remote locations such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey.

Our warehouse teams and couriers will work hard to get your parcel to you as soon as possible. 

We’ll email you as soon as your order has been despatched to let you know it’s on its way, and you’ll be able to track your order via the tracking link in the email. If you don’t receive your order on time then please contact us and we’ll find out where it’s got to.

If you purchased your product directly on the Cooks Professional website then an order number is sufficient as proof of purchase. If you purchased your product from another retailer then please keep a copy of your proof of purchase or receipt as without it your guarantee will be invalidated. We accept scans of receipts.

Items purchased from the Cooks Professional website:

All orders are covered by a 30 day, no-quibble, money back guarantee. We are happy to refund goods provided they are unused, in their original packaging and with a valid proof of purchase. 

To return unwanted items purchased direct from Cooks Professional, the easiest way to do this is via our Returns Portal. Follow the prompts provided on the screen to select your preferred courier collection or drop-off location.

Once the parcel is received at our returns warehouse, we will inspect the goods and process an exchange or we will issue a refund within 5-7 working days. We do not refund the original postage charge (unless the item arrives damaged/faulty) but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don’t pay any postage for the replacement.

Alternatively, you may opt to return your goods using a different postal or courier service. However, please note that Cooks Professional bears no responsibility for any parcels damaged or lost during transit to our facility. The postage expense for returns are to be covered by the customer.

If you are returning via a courier outside of our returns portal, please ensure a completed returns form in word or covering letter stating the reason for the return and the action you would like us to take. Items purchased from Amazon, eBay, Tesco, TikTok, The Range, Wilko, Robert Dyas, Debenhams, Etsy, or B&Q:  

Log onto your account on the retailer or marketplace platform where you placed your order and follow the instructions to process a return.

Note: All goods are inspected by our returns team before refunds and exchanges are processed. At busy times this can take 5-7 days from date the goods are received by our team.
