Christmas & Holiday Returns
As the season of gift giving is approaching, we have extended returns over the Festive period! Any purchases made after 20th November to 24th December 2023 can be returned within 60 days of receipt.
Standard Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Cooks Professional, which is why we stand by our 30-day returns guarantee for all products.
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return the goods to us in mint, resaleable condition, within 30 days of receipt.
If a product has been received in a damaged state, this must be reported with 7 days of receipt of product.
Please email hello@cooksprofessional.co.uk for a RMA number and the returns address.
We recommend using the Royal Mail Postal Service, at your own cost.
Please ensure a completed returns form or covering letter stating the reason for the return and the action you would like us to take. This must include your full name, address including postcode and your sales order number.
Once the parcel is received back into our warehouse, we will process an exchange or we will issue a refund within 3-5 working days. We don’t refund the original post and packaging charge (unless the item arrives damaged/faulty) but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don’t pay any postage for the replacement.
If using Royal Mail, remember to take out additional insurance if the contents of your items exceed £36. We do not offer a free returns service.
