We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Cooks Professional, which is why we stand by our 30-day returns guarantee for all products.
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return the goods to us in mint, resaleable condition, within 30 days of receipt.
Please email [email protected] for a RMA number and the returns address.
We recommend using the Royal Mail Postal Service, at your own cost.
Please ensure a completed returns form or covering letter stating the reason for the return and the action you would like us to take. This must include your full name, address including postcode and your sales order number.
Once the parcel is received back into our warehouse, we will process an exchange or we will issue a refund within 3-5 working days. We don’t refund the original post and packaging charge (unless the item arrives damaged/faulty) but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don’t pay any postage for the replacement.
If using Royal Mail, remember to take out additional insurance if the contents of your items exceed £36. We do not offer a free returns service.

WHEN YOU BUY DIRECT FROM THE COOKS PROFESSIONAL WEBSITE FREE 2 YEAR WARRANTY AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED UPON PURCHASE
Your warranty period begins on the day of purchase. We will repair or replace any faulty or defective products for the duration of the warranty period.
Warranty does not apply if product bought or used for non-domestic / business purposes and does not apply for damage or defects caused by your use or storage.
If you purchased your Cooks Professional product through a different retailer then you must register your product on the Cooks Professional website within 14 days of original purchase to activate your extended 2 year warranty.
When you receive the machine back from us that has been repaired, any issues such as ‘damaged in transit’ or ‘functionality problems’ must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt.
Making a Contract with Us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm we have received your order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will email you to inform you of this. If the goods you order are not available, we may supply you with subsitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will be able to return them to us at no cost to yourself.
How to Place an Order
Orders are made by selecting the items you wish to purchase, and these are added to your online shopping basket. Once you are ready to pay for your order, click the Checkout button.
This will take you to a page showing the items in your basket. At this point you may enter the codes for any promotional vouchers or gift vouchers you may have. Once you are ready to continue, click the Place Order button.
From this point onwards, all information is transmitted securely. If you are a new customer, enter your email address and click the Go to Order Form button. If you have shopped with us before and have created a user account, enter your email address and password and click the Get My Information button.
On the next page, enter your details, cardholder address, delivery address and payment card details. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required and cannot be left blank. In addition, certain characters (such as ‘&’, ‘$’, ‘%’) are considered invalid and you will receieve an error should you try to use these in any of the input boxes.
Once you have entered your details and you are happy they are correct, click the Confirm Details button. This will give you the opportuninty to review your order details before placing your order by clicking Confirm Order.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) in your bin.
What Is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items.
How Are We Helping?
In the UK, distributors including retailers must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. As a responsible retailer, we have met the requirements placed on us by financially supporting the national network of WEEE recycling centres established by local authorities. This is achieved through membership of the national Distributor Take-back scheme (DTS).
